LIVINGSTON--Dr. Patricia, 87, died on Tuesday, July 10th. Dr. Livingston was born in St. Paul, Minnesota and was a graduate of theUniversity of Minnesota. She received a Ph.D. in rehabilitation counseling from New York University, where she was Professor of Rehabilitation Counseling Studies. Dr. Livingston was a leader in the development and member of the Board of the International Center for the Disabled. An active volunteer of the Carl Schurz Park Association for many years, she was instrumental in getting New York's first dog litters laws passed. She leaves her husband of fifty-four years, Dr. Arthur Livingston.
